How to apply for our scholarship?

Eligibility: Priority will be given to students are in financial need especially for tuition and studies-related fees

1. Institution Type:

• The scholarship applies to students enrolling in/have enrolled to IPTA (public universities) and selected IPTS (private universities) if the fees are deemed reasonable by the Akademi Tenggara Scholarship Committee.

2. Fees Coverage:

• The scholarship committe will consider partial or full scholarship depending on the needs, eligibility and/or academic achievements of the candidates.

3. Renewal:

• To extend the scholarship to subsequent years, students must renew their application annually and provide proof of good academic results from their earlier semesters.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Application Processing:

   • • Scholarship applications will be processed within two months or less from the date of submission.

2. Notification:

   • • Successful applicants will be contacted by a member of the Akademi Tenggara Scholarship Committee.

     • If you are successful, we will get in touch with you and inform you whether you will receive full or partial scholarship.

3. Other Scholarship Offers:

   • • If you receive and accept another scholarship offer within one month of submitting your application to Akademi Tenggara, you must inform Akademi Tenggara via email. 

     • Your application will cease from being processed - in order to give the opportunity to other students who have not received any scholarship yet.

4. Acceptance of Multiple Scholarships:

   • • If you are already an active recipient of Akademi Tenggara Scholarship and yet later you accept another scholarship offer (resulting in multiple active scholarships), you are required to inform Akademi Tenggara. 

     • Sponsorship from us will cease the moment you accept another scholarship offer - in order to give the opportunity to other students who have not received any scholarship yet.

     • You are, however, will not be required to pay back the scholarship that you have previously received from us.
