Dr. Lin Sakrawathi is an accomplished academic and HR professional with deep expertise in organizational and applied psychology. She holds a PhD in Organizational and Applied Psychology from the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus, complemented by an MBA from the same institution. Her research has delved into crucial topics such as Gen-Y workforce dynamics, employee engagement, and HR strategy, establishing her as a thought leader in these areas.
One of the highlights of Dr. Lin’s career is her role as a Visiting Scholar at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. During this tenure, she managed the academic needs and student affairs of Master in Central Banking students from the Asia School of Business to MIT, showcasing her ability to bridge academic excellence across continents.
In her current role as an Academic Manager at the Asia School of Business (ASB) , Dr. Lin works with MIT and MIT-affiliated professors in delivering MBA courses especially those related to Organizational Behaviours and general Management. At ASB, she has been contributing to academia-related workshops such as academic writing, referencing, and conducting organizational behavior topics (on a need basis) further demonstrating her commitment to education and professional development.
Her extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting, including roles at KPMG and JP Caliber, further underscores her versatility and impact in the field. Dr. Lin’s career is marked by a blend of rigorous academic achievement and practical industry experience, making her a highly respected figure in her domain.
