Ms. Qurratu 'Aini Hasram

Qurratu 'Aini Hasram (Ratu) sits in the Board of Akademi Tenggara as our Industry Advisor - on a pro bono basis. She advises us on digital, IT, and entrepreneurial matters.

This remarkable IT engineer is also a people’s person, a strength that is much needed for a social enterprise like Akademi Tenggara. Ratu is known for her extraordinary ability to connect with people. With a natural charm and warmth, she brings an inviting energy to any room she enters. Her empathy and genuine interest in others make her someone that people are drawn to, whether in personal or professional settings. Ratu’s approachability and friendly demeanor create a positive and engaging environment, allowing her to easily build strong relationships and foster collaboration.

A graduate of the University of Malaya with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering, Ratu also completed an exchange program at Chung-Ang University. Her technical proficiency, combined with her product operations and ITIL certification, make her an invaluable resource in strategic decision-making for IT and digital initiatives.

One of her most remarkable achievements is her career journey at her current company, Asia School of Business. It has been nothing short of impressive! Starting as an Application Intern in 2019, she has rapidly served and moved through roles such as IT intern, IT Executive, IT Senior Executive AND now as an Assistant Manager; all in just 5 years!

In addition to her corporate role, Ratu is also an entrepreneur. She co-founded Regal Batter in 2022, a homemade treats business offering brownies, cakes, cookies, and other treats. As both the baker and a member of the marketing team, she actively contributes to the success of this venture - showcasing her versatility in business management and product marketing.

As a member of Akademi Tenggara’s board, Ratu’s strategic insights and passion for innovation help drive the institution’s digital and entrepreneurial initiatives. Her contributions ensure that the organization stays ahead in our nailing and start-up stage, all while maintaining the positive, people-first approach that defines her.
